Return & Exchange Window
You may return your purchases for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange them for another product within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and may be limited to items of equal value.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts (including manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.)
- Items with non-returnable markings or free gifts
- Downloadable software products
Return Procedure
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number: All returns require prior authorization from Eastar. To obtain an RA number and return shipping instructions, please contact our customer service team. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Important Note: For returns due to reasons other than quality issues, you will be required to submit photos of the item following our photo guide:
- Original Item in Packaging: If possible, please take at least one photo of the item inside its original packaging.
- Outer Packaging: Take at least one photo showing all sides of the outer packaging. For larger items, if there’s any visible damage after packaging for return, provide clear photos and describe the condition.
- Return Shipment: You are responsible for choosing your preferred return shipping method and covering the costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect (see below). After mailing the package, please inform us by email.
- Refunds: Eastar will process refunds within 3-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase. Please allow an additional 8-15 business days for the bank to credit your account.
Return Shipping Costs
- Products with Manufacturing Defects: Eastar will cover return shipping costs for products with verified manufacturing defects. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label upon request.
- Products Without Manufacturing Defects: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for items that are not defective.
Important Notice About Returns
- Please do not return your package to the address on the original packaging, as this may delay processing. We will provide you with a return shipping address upon request.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Eastar Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked or uninsured packages.
- Please double-check your return items before shipping. We are not responsible for returned items that are not Eastar products.
How Long Does it Take to Get a Refund?
Refunds are issued once your return arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method you used for your original purchase. Processing typically takes 3-7 business days.
30-Day Price Match Guarantee
We offer a 30-day price match guarantee on all our products. If you find a lower price on our website within 30 days of your purchase (excluding the 30th day), we will refund you the difference.
To claim a price match guarantee, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and provide a screenshot of the lower advertised price. Once verified, we will issue a refund for the difference or provide you with a store credit of equal value.
